Mass multiply in excel

Question: I have some data in a excel sheet (see below), and want to multiply 10000 to each number in this sheet, how?

Answer: Use the function “Paste special” is the easiest way. See the pictures below, then you should grasp the method.

Any question, please let me know.

Copy the soruce data

In a new sheet, fill every grid with 1000 (or other number if you want)

Right click mouse, select “Paste special” (or access it by menu-edit-paste special)

Everything is OK

    where to download excel add-ins?
    I don't have the microsoft office disks to install this function.
    Have tried searching on Microsoft online website but in vain.

    this is not a function of plugin but excel itself. In ur situation I suggest to find a office install disk (or try to find somewhere to download).
