Unusual network problem

In the morning a colleague told me that her PC can not be connected to the network. This is commonly because of cable dropping or disabling the connection by accident.

But after I did some examine in the computer, I found the problem is not so simple.

Look at the two pictures below. Do you have any ideas about this?

Thanks to the google, by the keywords "unable query host name" I found some resolvents. Lucky there is right one among them emoticon

First I do a system file checking and restoring by enter the "SFC / scannow" in the command line. Notice that maybe you need to prepare a Windows installation disk at hand. After long time wait, the process is finished. But after a reset the problem is the same…

Next I copy a tcpip.sys file from other PC and copy into the directory C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\Drivers ( maybe diffirent in your system ) and do a reset again.
