Install windows in low-end PC
What does the word low-end mean? Low price and performance? Now I?? installing the system for a PC like this. It is a little painful.
This PC’s configure is not very bad. But because of the limited memory, it is very slow when you run a few more programs. It is a example of cannikin effect.
For normal people, they are not specialists and could not be accomplished in everything. So they are always focusing some parts which can be valued easily. CPU is the most obvious one. Sometimes people use the speed of CPU instead of the whole PC. In fact there is many other parts, like RAM or hard disk, which are more important than CPU in usual use.
If your PC has only 256M ram or even 128M, the most cost-efficient thing is adding more RAM. I am sure you will be surprised by the remarkable increase of speed.
