Over-exercise
I felt so tired today. The reason is having taken too much exeicises yesterday. It’s such a challenge to swim twice in one day. Note that each time I didn’t just get relax in water, but swim more than 800m… When I returned home in night, I was afraid that my bone would be tired out:)
Another bad news is from the badminton room in the top floor. It is said it has been rented by a company and probably we can not play in the future.
Maybe after some negotiation the result will changed. Maybe we will turn to some other sports like table-tennis.

Table tennis
The badminton room is being repaired and repainted this week. So I want to find a new type of sports.
Swimming? I like it. But from monday to friday, I can only do this in the morning (maybe dawn is more suitable because the time is 5:30am). And because I always go to bed after 12:00pm, it is such a hard work to wake up early. How about weekend? My dozens of tickets can’t be used then (they can only be used in the weekdays).
Table tennis? Hmm, I think it’s a good idea. In fact I feel the table tennis is the best sports I can play. Maybe tomorrow, I will play for a while with someone:) So expecting…
Go home, it’s late.

Rubbish or treasure
Do you have Bluetooth adapter in notebook or desktop PC? What driver or application do you use now?
I bought a secondhand Bluetooth adapter two or three years ago at a very low price. Of course my request to it is just workable and its appearance was so poor.. Before purchase I searched in google and found it seems that a Bluetooth driver of bilinton (maybe spell mistake) works on nearly all adapters and the function is complete.
Every time after that, when I install the Bluetooth driver for others, I always suggested this driver, include on my own notebook. But sometimes I found it takes up too many resources. For example, even when I unplug the adapter from my PC, it only turns the sign to red in toolbar, but still takes up about 10m memory or more. This makes me sad. I only use the simplest function of it…
This time I don?? install any third-party driver of application. I use the integrated one in Windows XP SP2 though many people said it rubbishy and can not work normally. I only plug the adapter to the USB slot and Windows completes everything for me. I can easily send files to my Treo650 (which has Bluetooth) and receives files from it. Bluetooth hotsync? I only add a virtual Bluetooth COM port and then it works.
The best thing is by this I can save more than 10m memory and my notebook runs faster for sure. And it can satisfy me totally.
Anyway, simple is best.
