Good product, good service
Many friends told me that Palm not only makes great products like Treo650, but also has good service. But my palms haven’t made any trouble for me so I had no experiences about this.
Several days ago, my Treo650?? USB cable began to be strange. Sometimes it can?? finished the sync successfully. I must twisted the cable left or right then it worked. But as the time goes by, the problem became more serious. When I found some of the Treo650er (friends who use Treo650) were complaining about the same problem, I wrote an email to the Palm?? service center and tell them the situation.
After a few minutes an auto reply email arrived, which told me be patient to wait one workday before the service center would make a response to me.
The next day the email let me confirm some technical details. Such as the sync program is running and I have pressed the sync button. It?? sure the service center supposes all the users are in basic level
Although I felt funny but had to tell him I?? sure to have done all the things needed.
Then the next email was to make sure my device is in warranty time. They let me to attach the ??roof of purchase?
